Reconciliations
We can reconcile all of your financial accounts to make sure not a single business transaction was missed. Doing this creates a system in which every business transaction gets captured and makes tracing troublesome transactions easier. Many bookkeepers forgo this step, but not us!
Profit maximization
Every month our service will provide you with a set of financial reports. They will come in a package of three: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows. Your bookkeeper will go over those reports with you and identify anything that could be seen as a potential problem or opportunity for your business. We are geared to understand the needs of certain industries and can help you improve upon certain categories of spending or receiving money that can potentially increase your profits. For example, if you are an auto mechanic, your costs of goods sold may be out of proportion to your revenue from selling car parts. This could mean that you need to source parts at a lower cost or you aren’t charging enough for those parts on jobs. We are mainly here to interpret your financial data and advise you of actions you could take. It is always up to you as the business owner to act or not on that information.
