We are an entirely remote operation which means big benefits for you and your business. Our services are designed to keep costs low while making your bookkeeper more accessible for handling inquiries. We have flat monthly rate packages tailored to the needs of your business and also have hourly rates for those who don’t need our full services. data security

Your company’s financial data is extremely sensitive information. While QuickBooks Online stores all of your company data in the cloud, there are other files from your business stored on our personal equipment. A lot of that equipment is mobile to best serve you and your business and we take drastic measures to protect that data. We use the Mac OS X platform which contains industry standard security features for storing sensitive information. A feature in Mac OS X called Time Machine is used to back up every piece of equipment we have for managing your data and is backed up on a daily basis. As far as security for accessing that data, we take extra measures such as utilizing what’s called a YubiKey. You can read more about YubiKey and their equipment and features here. We take your company’s financial data very seriously and access to that data is extremely limited to the professional bookkeeper assigned to you.

All of our staff undergo continuing education on a regular basis. Bookkeeping practices and tax codes change and evolve constantly and being on our toes allows us to give you the best service possible while having the best answers available.
